Returns is a scheme provided by Hopegrow India Pvt Ltd directly under this policy in term of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund by Hopegrow India to you. All products have the return policy. Do refer the respective items applicable return / replacement policy.
The return policy is do read all section carefully to understand the conditions and causes under which returns will be accepted. Free replacement will be provided within 30 days, if the product is delivered in defective / damaged condition or different from the ordered item.
If a defect is determined within the return window, a replacement of the same product will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 07 days of the delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre directly. And some products, are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons.
